I know that God has given me the ability, strength, and purpose to live up to the potential He has placed within me. I will not allow fear to hold me back from becoming the person God has called me to be.
I refuse to be controlled by the fear of failure, the fear of change, the fear of what others may think, the fear of the unknown, the fear of not being good enough, or the fear of rejection. I know that fear does not come from God, because His Word says, “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” — 2 Timothy 1:7
Therefore, I choose faith over fear. When fear tells me I cannot, I will remember that with God, I can. When fear tells me to turn back, I will trust God and keep moving forward.
My faith is greater than my fear. God is with me, God is guiding me, and God is strengthening me. I will walk boldly into the purpose He has prepared for my life, believing that “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” — Philippians 4:13
I will not live in fear. I will live by faith, trust God, and become everything He has called me to be. Amen.
