I choose to honor God by caring for my body, mind, and spirit. I choose to walk in health and wholeness in every area of my life. I choose to nourish my body with good food, proper rest, and regular exercise. I choose to be productive, to seek the good, and to walk away from negative habits and influences. I choose to help others, to think positively, to smile often, and to trust God’s plan for my life. I believe in the best that He has for me, and I continually see myself living a life filled with health, purpose, peace, and success through His guidance and grace.
