I make sure I have balance in my life. When I keep things balanced, I’m adding very important leveling to my life. When it comes to balance in anything I do, whether it is work, play, the food I eat, how I spend my time, the friends I choose, the sleep I get, or the goals I set, I use the self-talk that says, I must keep close to God, Everything has a right amount, and I always create the right amount of balance in my life.
